Welcome to the UCLA Samueli Engineering Transfer Center!

Here, you will find information for both current transfer students at Samueli Engineering and prospective transfer students from community colleges.  Check out our events, resources, or just come hang out!

During the 2023 – 2024 academic year, our staff is working a hybrid model of in-office days and work from home days each week. 

The Engineering Student Resource Center office, encompassing the Engineering Transfer Center, is open from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM daily.  Please check in-office hours of the Engineering Transfer Center Director and Peer Advisors before visiting the office.

Prospective students with admissions questions about applying to UCLA Engineering or evaluation of courses should review the UCLA Engineering Office of Academic & Student Affairs admissions page (https://samueli.ucla.edu/undergraduates/) and direct questions to an admissions counselor.

 

We also encourage students to join the ETC Discord Server to connect with our staff, tutors, and other eTransfers.  The invitation to the Discord Server can be found in any digest of the weekly eTransfer Student newsletter.

Do you know how much you need to make in your first job to cover your expenses? In this workshop, participants will create a monthly budget that will help you to determine how much you need to make in your first job to afford your monthly expenses. This workshop will NOT be recorded.
